I’m a coach, consultant, and facilitator who helps leaders and teams make meaningful change, inside and out.
I know when a thing is a thing. I’ve got an eye for human potential and I love to invest my time and energy in the direction of people and organizations I believe in.
In 2008, I met Simon Sinek. I was so inspired by his work that I quit my well-paying job, took a huge pay cut, and started working with him when he was writing his first book Start With Why, before he was well known. I spent the next 11 years working alongside him in many roles including CEO, and later Chief Revel Officer, of his organization. I’ve had the pleasure of working with executives in every business sector and of all sizes, including Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, every branch of military, American manufacturing, and everything in between. I support leaders and their teams in finding their organizational and personal purpose, and offer leadership tools to create more inspiring work places.
I became a certified coach in 2008 and have incorporated coaching into my work ever since. I’m a trained facilitator with Awakened Woman, Prisma Leadership, Sapience, and Simon Sinek’s Why Discovery Process for individuals and organizations. I founded and became Executive Director for the nonprofit Meet Your Magic, which gives individuals access to tools to create a life that actually works. I lead immersions and trainings for everyone from artists to C-suite executives, and advise for a wide range of mission-driven companies and startups.
I live on a ranch in Healdsburg, California with my partner, John, and enjoy cutting fresh flowers from my garden every chance I get. When I’m not working, I’m reading Wendell Berry or cooking something delicious.

It’s like this.
Everything is an inside job.
It’s just that way it is. It all comes back to you. The leader. If you’re not wiling to do the inside work, it’s very unlikely you’ll get lasting results on the outside. Your biggest barrier is you. Your beliefs, interpretations, and behavioral patterns are your problem. Period. If you’re interested in exploring your part in what you create, I’m a great fit for you.
personAL and professional are the same thing.
Work and life are intertwined. Everywhere you go, there you are. I look at the whole person, the whole ecosystem, the entire “garden of your life,” because the reality is, we don’t live in neat little compartments. Everything impacts everything else. And often when we look at the big picture, we see something we didn’t see before. The dots start to connect and new possibilities appear. I live for these moments.
the truth matters.
Clarity comes from honesty, with yourself, and with others. I create the space and ask the questions that lead you to the truthiest truth. I want you to have what you want in life. I’ll say the thing everyone else is thinking, but no one else will say to your face. (And I’ll say it with compassion, respect, and love.) If you don’t know where you actually are, what you actually want — you’re not going to get where you truly want to go.
